I expressly request that Simplified Support Ltd begins providing Annual Review Preparation before the 14-day cancellation period ends. I understand that if I cancel after the service has begun, I may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the date of cancellation.

If you leave this unticked we will begin your Annual Review Preparation after Monday, 12 October 2026, once the cancellation period ends.
